Can I edit Viderity’s PM Templates?

Absolutely. All documents are created in Microsoft Word or Excel and can be modified just like any other Word or Excel document. Tip: Save your modified template as a new document to create your own library of customized templates.

How do I customize a template?

All Viderity PM Templates are in Microsoft Word or Excel format with customizable fields indicated by brackets and [UPPERCASE CHARACTERS]. Simply select the field you’d like to customize and type your new information.

To replace elements that appear multiple times in a document such as [COMPANY NAME} use the "Find and Replace All" function to replace all instances of these elements with your customized information.

You can also remove or change entire portions of the template or agreement that are too restrictive or do not apply to your situation. CAUTION: Before removing language from a document template make sure that the validity and structure of the entire agreement is not affected.
